COVID-19 Awareness at Pole Pressure

Pole Pressure mission was built on creating stronger, healthier, and confident minds and bodies.

We are actively monitoring the latest information the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention and have implemented extra precautionary measures at the studio. We continue to regularly cleanse all equipment (mats, blocks, poles, hoops, fabrics, and accessories) for your use in class.

PLEASE wipe down all used items and equipment after class.

We appreciate your cooperation and support as we continue to provide a safe and healthy environment at Pole Pressure.

The CDC recommends the following healthy habits:

1. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

2. Stay home when your sick.

3. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Cough and sneeze into your elbow when tissues are unavailable.

4. Clean your hands.

5. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.

6. Clean your cell phone regularly.

7. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food.

8. Attend classes regularly at Pole Pressure (ok this isn't an official CDC recommendation but we think it should be 😘)
