DAPHNA K.
Daphna first became obsessed with pole back in 2010. As someone who likes to work out while not feeling like they are working out, pole struck the perfect balance of cardio, strength, and flexibility training. Daphna taught for three years at Jordin’s Paradise (2011-2014) teaching chair dance, poleyogalates (a mashup of flexibility and head/forearm/handstands), intro to pole, and on the pole conditioning (basic inversions and climbs). She loves learning how the body works in various movements and how to break them down to teach in an efficient and safe manner. Daphna continues to train with leaders in the aerial community and bring that knowledge back to the classroom. Daphna has competed in the Pole Pressure Championship and performed in Pole Pressure Polusicals and studio recitals.
