Growing up a dancer, Meaghan found her love of the aerial community in 2012, first with pole and then lyra shortly thereafter, loving the alternate form of fitness and strength they both provide. Having been a CrossFit trainer for 13 years now, she loves integrating the world of dance she grew up in, with that of the world of fitness. A fanatic for clean lines and pointed feet, you’ll typically find her incorporating a split into any routine she teaches in her classes, coupled with her love of low flow movements, and the occasional hair flip.
