When did you start your pole journey?
I started my journey in January 2018 but it wasn't until August 2018 that I started to take it more seriously.

Why did you decide to try pole dancing?
I wanted to try something different. I hate working out / going to the gym but I also have body goals I need to meet (lol) so I wanted to find something that was not only fun but would be a great workout. I also love to dance but had never done it as a sport so I figured it would be a good challenge. I haven't regretted the decision!

What do you love most about pole dancing?
Everything! Even when I have to do pole sits or supermans and kill all thigh skin, I still love it! I also love the confidence it has built in me!

Why do you love Pole Pressure?
It feels like a family. Everyone is so supportive of each other. You can always count on someone in the class to encourage you when you finally land a move or provide tips on how you can improve.

What are some of your goals for this year?
Conquer Spin Pole! Shoulder Mount, Juliette Spin, Leg Hang Switches, splits

What motivates you to train?
My desire to always keep learning, try new things, and be my best, healthiest self
