When did you start your pole journey?

Fall of 2020 after a hamstring injury 😆

Why did you decide to try pole classes at Pole Pressure?

I have a break dance and Caribbean dancehall background. A girl saw me do a freeze pose and suggested I try pole dancing.

What do you love most about pole classes at Pole Pressure?

I love the art of dance and that it so endless with what you can create. It truly is an art that you can build your own signature inside.

What motivates you to train?

My passion for wellness and physical fitness.

What are some of your goals for this year?

To learn a STARFISH 🤩🤩🤩

Why do you love Pole Pressure?

The teachers have made it such a good place that no matter where you start the effort you put in is NEVER a waste. Excellent support system.
